What happens when you finally hit the right fit coach. Stop trying to outsmart the system. TAMU finally found there guy with the right formula. A guy with experience too. But didn't go after the biggest money guy.
They finally found the guy to put the right pieces together.

They found a guy to fix the defense and saw he let offense do their thing at Duke. He also knew TAMU and understood them and the sec.
