I haven't seen it discussed on here so I thought I'd ask the pack. My wife was driving down the highway last Friday (her vehicle has an appropriate amount of bulldog swag) when a guy in a Beamer passed her and held his hand out the window and made out like he was ringing an imaginary cowbell. She noticed that he also had maroon swag on his vehicle. She asked me if I had ever seen anyone use the "Air Bell" greeting before between bulldogs and I told her I had not. Has anyone else used this as a MSU greeting in passing? Could this become something like "RTR" or "War Eagle" for the Bulldog Nation? <div>
</div><div>If so, Do we need an instructional video to show the proper use of the "Air Bell? (I'm sure foxtrot127 would repeatedly bump the link)</div>

And then we can rely on the national media to assist us in creating confusion about Mississippi fans who go around giving each other beat your meat hand signals.

Yeah, I'm going with hell no on this one.

I was trying to figure what the hell I had done to piss the other driver off until I saw the State swag on the back of his car after he passed me and figured it out.

smidge more original than "go dawgs" and besides UGA uses it. "Out State", I think, has more substance to us as fans .. actually means something.

I have high hopes for OUR STATE catching on this year. Really hope they replace MAROON-WHITE with THIS IS - OUR STATE.

If we could get this to replace the MAROON / WHITE chant half the time, that would be awesome. Someone should tweet this to Strickland, so he can get the cheerleaders what they need to lead this cheer.

Not as manufactured as going around saying "Our State". "Our State" by itself doesn't really make much since...don't get me wrong, I like "This is Our State" just not saying it without the "This is"

"Hail State" should be automatic. It's directly lifted from the fight song. It's got plenty of history. I really don't see any argument for anything remotely better. It should be on t-shirts, coffee mugs, panties, everything.

You're sittin' at the bar with an empty wallet and a burning thirst for one more drink. All heads turn to watch the most gorgeous girl in the world run her tounge across her full lips as she slow dances across the floor to your side. She leans over, busom a heavin', and whispers, "Can I buy you a drink, big boy. Or something..." You want to respond in the affirmative, but is she a State fan? "This is," is what you hear yourself say. "Our State," is what you pray will be her answer. And, if it is you really won't care if thegesture she'smaking with her hand is the Air Bell, or something else.

Kind of takes the place of the secret handshake, don't you think.

Yes. I'm ashamed of myself.

to the prolific air attack of Croom's offense when Aubrey Bell was streaking down the field in crimson and white (helmets).

I like the "Hail State" war cheer. At least we don't have multiple mascots to confuse everyone. Where is the t-shirt guy. Let the SPS people start a new tradition. Just as long as outsiders don't think we are saying "Jail Bait" or something else.
