Remember what I said about AJ

He puts on a good act for the cameras -> People think he's changed -> He thinks rules are above him -> He gets in trouble -> He gets another chance because he's good at wrestling -> He puts on a good act for the camera -> People think he's changed -> He thinks rules are above him -> He gets in trouble -> He gets another chance because he's good at wrestilng -> He puts on a good act for the camera -> People think he's changed -> He gets in trouble (we're here again)

I found it hilarious anyone believed his act at Bakersfield when it was so obvious where it was heading again. Honestly Beth Goetz saved Brands from himself.

I assume those speeding violations from Oklahoma are from after his accident? Takes a special kind of stupid to survive a bad crash like he did and then get pulled over again for doing 41+ over the speed limit. And you know he did it a lot more than just the time they caught him. He’s going to end up getting someone killed one of these days. All that talk about doing the right things, maybe focus less on the special underwear and more on the not driving like a moron and skipping court dates. Guy needs to be AJ Uber.

Most recent speeding violation from Nebraska, outstanding warrant is from Texas

Takes a special kind of stupid to let that kid still keep his driver's license. Time for the numerous DMVs to take action here.

Lol, yet another traffic citation. At least he's consistent.

Gonna die laughing if Cole Mirasola changes his intro music for the Nebraska match:

The Texas warrant is from evading arrest last October.

so: July, October and today. He needs to get his act together and wrestling should be permanently removed from his bingo card….or just take away his bingo card. And take away his drivers license.

While I don’t know for sure, it sounds like the “evading arrest” charge probably stems from fleeing a speeding ticket there, too, and the cops (wisely) didn’t want a high speed chase over a traffic violation. If so, I wonder if he thought he got away with it? The Cluster B is strong in that one.

Before his time is done he may be one of the actors in The Longest Yard sequel. He would fit right in.

So let me see if I have the timeline right:

Attends 4 different high schools in 4 years - "Not AJ's fault. He just needs some guidance."

Gets in a car crash driving 100+ mph on the wrong side of the road - "Not AJ's fault. He just needs some guidance."

Commits a violent sexual assault - "Not AJ's fault. He just needs some guidance."

Gets thrown out of a high school tournament for going down onto the floor without a pass and refusing to leave - "Not AJ's fault. He just needs some guidance."

Hits a ref at the Soldier Salute, gets disqualified, then gives the crowd the finger - "Not AJ's fault. He just needs some guidance."

Transfers to his 5th college (OkSt, Iowa, CSB, UNC, Nebraska) - "Not AJ's fault. He just needs some guidance."

Gets caught again driving 100+ mph and with an active arrest warrant - "Not AJ's fault. He just needs some guidance."

Did I miss anything? The only thing I know for sure is none of this should be blamed on AJ. It's our fault, as a society, for not doing a proper job of raising and guiding him. Come on people, you need to do better.

It takes a village to raise one, unfortunately for AJ he was raised by a town full of village idiots.

The rest of those were fair, but this one isn't.
- The family moved from Allen TX to Blair for all 3 brothers to get better training.
- The family switched schools to Bergen Catholic because Fredo got kicked out of Blair for fighting.
- They moved back home to Allen TX because (1) NJ ruled them ineligible for the postseason; (2) the commute to Blair was too far, so they'd have to move anyway. (They lived in PA, 15 min to Blair, over an hour to Bergen without North Jersey traffic.)

The Blair fight was the only one where he has any blame. He was apparently a minor participant, and in any case didn't stop Fredo who was the major participant.

He's been enough of a miscreant that we don't have to invent things to blame him for.

I didn’t want to start a new thread but Ferrari isn’t the only one with legal problems this week. This comes from Mineo. Saw it on Facebook.

###############################

BREAKING: Notre Dame HC Marcus Freeman has been accused of battery by high school wrestling coach Chris Fleeger from an incident that occurred at a tournament on January 3rd.

Freeman was in attendance supporting his son, Vinny Freeman, a Cornell wrestling commit. Vinny wrestles for Penn High School and is a senior.

“Fleeger filed a police report this past week, accusing Freeman of battery. Mishawaka police investigated and turned over the completed report to the prosecutor’s office to determine if any charges will be filed. It is unknown how long that charging decision will take and if any charges will be filed at all,” the report said.

“The altercation allegedly took place after Vinny Freeman’s match against Hanover Central senior Israel Sinnott, which Vinny lost. As Vinny was escorted off the mat and out of the gym by Marcus and Penn head coach Brad Harper, Fleeger allegedly began exchanging words with the group.”

Freeman reportedly walked through the doorway into the hallway, and physical contact between him and Fleeger allegedly occurred. Police did not disclose the extent of the alleged contact.

Fleeger and Freeman’s wife, Joanna, allegedly engaged in a shouting match before local law enforcement and Mishawaka school officials separated the two groups. The Freeman family left the school voluntarily, despite not being asked to leave the premises.

Notre Dame athletics issued the following statement in response to the battery accusations made against Freeman:

“Vinny Freeman, head coach Marcus Freeman’s son, was verbally accosted during and after his wrestling match by a local wrestling coach. Marcus and Joanna Freeman intervened and removed Vinny from the situation. At no point did Coach Freeman physically engage with anyone. We believe that the police report, which includes video evidence, fully exonerates Coach Freeman and makes clear these accusations are totally unfounded.”

Saw some posts on Facebook. Take it with a grain of salt but the word on the street is that Ferrari raced away from a police officer who tried to pull him over. In Texas, doing that can lead to a felony charge. If that’s what happened, the police officer must have gotten his license plate number and the DA is pressing charges. That’s why they are requesting that he be extradited.

I have a feeling this guy isn’t going to do anything to clean up his behavior until he finds himself facing very serious consequences for his actions. Maybe this episode will do it if the DA insists on jail time. Stay tuned.

It would be hilarious if they picked him up between periods of a match he is wrestling in. Or if they made him go through the handshake line in cuffs.
