Yeah, for someone my age (52) and with my life experience, that is not appealing at all. I prefer a lot more stability. And if I'm looking for players, that guy's history is a red flag to me. I know variety is the spice of life but that many changes tells me he's likely part of the problem.

Tubby at least stayed at those jobs for at least a couple of years. This bouncing every year is insane, ridiculous and asinine.
