AL 16 Ark 1

[The Usual Suspect]

Never even crossed my mind that would happen

In Ark too

[Xenomorph]

Pigs on a 3 game skid.

I just hope we keep handling our business. OM barely won, Vandy barely won. We looked really good. It would be awesome to get a sweep.

[WilCoDawg]

Easy, tiger. Let’s get the series today before talking about sweeping.

One game at a time an all the other cliches.

Let’s build up all the accolades on Merceaux tonight. He hasn’t given up an earned run in 23 innings pitched. A 6:30 game in 55 degree air heavy air with the wind possibly blowing in, plays in our favor IF we don’t help this guy out by swinging at his dirt balls and hitting lazy fly balls into that outfield. First he will work down to try and get us to swing and miss or pound it into the ground right at somebody. As much as I hate not working the count, this guy may be one you don’t want to fall behind in the count on. If you get ahead in the count, look fastball into the inside and be ready to turn on it. If he continues to pitch away ya gotta go with the opposite field like Hatcher did yesterday. The one time Hatcher tried to turn on one he popped it straight up.
