Either Davis is senile or ingenious...I just can't figure out which. Anyway, I don't expect Goodell to respond well to this press conference. And Kiffin is better off in the long run.

and didn't even speak to him since the season started, is criticizing him for what exactly?

Lane has seemed to be a damn good coach to me.

I'll be rooting for Kiffen wherever he ends up.... Al Davis is a douche of the highest caliber and will continue to hinder the Raiders until he sells the team to someone with a lick of sense.

i won't shed a tear when he leaves the nfl for one reason or another. no prominent head coach, college or pro, will ever come there as long as that man is owner. lane kiffen seemed like a dumb move at the time of his hire but in retrospect he turned out to be not that bad at all. he clearly is unprofessional in dealings with his head coaches its an effin shame he really doesn't answer to anyone. i would love to see him lose this little money battle with kiffen. i don't give a damn if he lied to the media about talking to him concerning his status or not. count chocula needs to realize thats not the issue here. the issue is whether or not the coach is capable of doing the job. and not honoring his contract is busch league.

a tough job an impossible one with his behavior. If I remember correctly, Kiffin had been promoted to oc at usc when chow left so he was very young, with very little oc experience and no hc experience when he took over the toughest job in the nfl. He might make a good college hc though if he can put together a good staff.

He is a complete dumbass. I just wish he would sell the team or at least hire a GM and let someone with half a brain run the team.

And yes, I would kill to have Kiffin in Starkville next year

He and my step-mom got tickets to a luxury box in Indianapolis for a Colts-Raiders game. Dad claimed that Al Davis looked like he was 100 years old, and all the women around him were the ugliest looking ****** he'd ever seen.

He will be a good head coach before his tenure is up. Maybe in Starkville.

we would be damn lucky to get him to Starkville

that with our horrible luck, our day for the sun to shine on us would be coming. Probably not, though.
