It finally passed, and they'll start selling them in January.
Not sure if it's any university, or a select few. They mentioned MSU, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida in the article I saw. They didn't mention OM, but they may have meant OM when they said MSU .... Not sure about the rest of the state, but there's not very many OM alums in the Huntsville area.
