If federal judges refuse to extend Trump’s interim appointees, as they did in New Jersey by replacing Alina Habba with Desiree Leigh Grace, Trump should immediately direct the Department of Justice to appoint a Special Attorney to the Attorney General in that district. This move would allow him to reinsert Habba or another trusted ally into the U.S. Attorney’s Office with significant prosecutorial authority, bypassing the need for Senate confirmation.

While it would not officially replace Grace, it would create a parallel power structure capable of steering high-priority investigations and neutralizing resistance.

Trump should just replicate this strategy in every single jurisdiction where judges or Democratic senators try to block his nominees. It is a legal and strategic end run around judicial interference that ensures his agenda is carried out through the Justice Department regardless of partisan obstruction.

BREAKING: Attorney General Pam Bondi just FIRED the replacement for US Attorney Alina Habba after New Jersey liberal judges colluded to kick Habba out of her position.

Habba is set to be replaced by the "First Assistant." Bondi announced: "The First Assistant United States Attorney in New Jersey has just been removed."

"This Department of Justice does not tolerate rogue judges — especially when they threaten the President’s core Article II powers."
