Heck of a game and Bama isn’t getting in even with a TCU loss
i agree. although it looks like tcu will win anyway now. their last drive to force overtime proved you just can’t put them away.

so if uga and um win the seeding would be mu vs osu in the semifinal. ugh.

Tcu is about to lose. How do you logically leave tcu over osu at 3?

The committee isn't allowed to rig it so uga has the tougher opponent to avoid a conference rematch are they?
Ohio State is the 4 they got waxed at home last week they are not moving up from 5 to 3 IMO.

Conference Title games are nothing but a money maker and will keep at least one or maybe both of the Pac 12 or Big 12 teams out of the National Playoff.

That's crazy!!

K-State in a 12 team playoff could be a sleeper
Big reason why I think 12 is too many. This game is meaningless other than bragging rights once we go to 12. 6 made sense.

College football is special bc any game in the season can derail your championship aspirations (2 games for the preseason top 5 big brands). We are about to make the regular season pretty meaningless for the preseason top 4 and also devalue a lot of conference title games. Bama/UGA both get in, The Mich/OSU game now means a lot less bc both typically will get in, etc.

6 was the right number. 2 byes. Most the 1v4 seed games are blowouts anyways.

So.... UGA could lose on purpose to LSU and still get in at #2. Then UGA would play TCU. Let Michigan and Ohio State play each other again!
In theory yes but you think TCU is easier then Ohio State? I’d rather play Ohio State if I’m Georgia.

Extremely dumb-asleep non-play by LSU after the blocked fieldgoal. LSU kind of sauntered off the field, and Georgia picked up the ball and ran it back for a TD.
