And if our ticket does get punched, you can think the same thing when we are playing Duke or K-State or Kansas in the 2nd round.

If we sneak in the tournament, we are gonna be an 11 or 12 seed most likely. That gives us the absolute best chance to get to the Sweet 16. Get a 5 seed to start off in that vulnerable 12-5 matchup, then worst case we play a 4 seed in the 2nd round if we survive. I think that would be much better than doing what we did 2 years ago when we got the 9 seed against Oregon, then got to play Memphis in the 2nd round. Going through a 5 and 4 seed is much easier.

I hate it when people ask me, "What two games did we lose at home?" And I have to reply "Well we lost to Kentucky (we all know how that went) and.... oh yea 17ing Rider."

I think our team's chemistry centers directly around Dee Bost. We need to find a way to keep this kid happy 24/7. He suffers some emotional problems and it affects our overall team's performance way to drastically. We have too many losses that just make zero sense. It all comes down to some chemistry issues.

I really liked having to play mempho in the second round two years ago. Weplayed the game it took to beat them, but just didn't seal the deal. i'm a whole lot better feeling about losing to a team that made itto the championship game rather than the team thatlost to the team that almost beat a team that is close to the team that is playing in thechampionship.

if we had held that 5 point lead in the final minute against Richmand AND the 7 point lead in the final 3 minutes against KY none of the rest would matter. Our NCAA tournament ticket would already be punched since those 2 teams are both in the RPI top 25 currently.

the richmond lost is what killed us, from what i remember we had that game and dee basically got stripped at midcourt in the final minute and it cost us the game...i could be completely wrong about that ending i was several beers in at that point and its been awhile but either way that win would look awful good on the resume right now

a go-to player at the end of games who can make free-throws. We stall way to much when we have a lead at the end of games, it is become a very bad habit.
