Certainly bigger issues lie in front of our legislators, though the GD IHSA invites this kind of political grandstanding by way of their wet noodle, wind socking, trigger happy rules reset actions.

Then again, this is after all, Illinois.

They all have placement tests. Off the top of my head, I would say Benet, Ignatius, Naz, Fenwick all have entrance exams. There may be more

I believe that all the private schools refer to the test as an Entrance Exam, even if they take all the kids who take the test. It's a way to protect the school from having to automatically accept every student that shows up. If someone takes the test and does very bad, they won't be admitted. SICP, Fenwick, Loyola, Naz and a few others routinely have more students test than there are spots available. So they are true "Entrance Exams" but all the schools still refer to them as such.

If I'm reading it right, this bill would eliminate the multiplier in athletic competitions, but would it also prevent the IHSA from doubling the enrollment of single sex schools?
