You've had a no-no and a complete game shutout thrown on you in the last week. It has absolutely killed my fantasy team as th eguy I was playing last week had Jimenez and the guy I'mplaying this week has Halladay.******-*** Braves are trying to ruin baseball season!

I have Chipper, Escobar, and Prado on my team. They were all highly favored in matchups on yahoo against JA Happ last night, so I started all 3.

Good thing Halladay was pitching instead of Happ. Way to <17> that one up yahoo, appreciate it. They went 2-11 with no RBIs or runs scored.

fantasy baseball blows. As much as I hate what ESPN has become, their fantasy baseball is the best.

Did you not in fact, choose to become a Brave's fan of your own free will and accord? And yes, I too am questioning my ability as a fantasy owner at this point, but that doen't make the Braves suck any less.

You should learn to take a little ribbing, and lighten up Frances. Only 147 more games to turn it around!

The quickest way to get your *** kicked in fantasy sports on Yahoo is to follow any of their "expert analysis" or "star ratings." They know nothing. I learned this after years of hard headedness. It's best not to even look at that stuff.

all us Braves fans know from bitter experience that it will take him until mid-June to make the changes that were obvious in April.this year, it's Glaus.

Bonus Cox boneheadedness: Tuesday, pulling Hanson in the 5th........so he could have a lefty face a lefty. Because to Cox, a LH with a career 5 ERA >> Tommy 17ing Hanson when facing a lefty batter. Thankfully, Ryan Madson was even dumber that day, walking a batter with a 3-run lead in the 9th, then running the count full to Glaus and having to give him one right down the middle (which is better than walking him, but barely). As Smoltz said, he put it on a tee for him.

By June, Escobar will lead off (less double plays), Glaus will hit 7th, and Diaz will probably hit 5th (only because Heyward hitting 5th would line up too many lefties in a row).

Would love to have seen what Heyward would have done in the 9th yesterday..........but he never got the chance, because Glaus is still hitting 5th.

Glaus will get his 20 HRs for the year...........at the cost of ~50 rbis for the team. that's how Cox does it.

And frankly, we should have been tied or won last night. Glaus got robbed of a homer early, and Escobar hit a bases loaded rocket back up the middle that took a bad bounce off the mound, turning what should have been a 2-RBI hit into a double play. When you throw a shutout, you get those type of breaks. The offense is doing enough to win, even with a couple of guys off to a slow start. And you REALLY want to bash Prado? The guy is still over .400 nearly a month into the season. STFU, GFY, and be pissed at yourself for being a homer when picking a fantasy team.

and probably changed the whole game. If that goes out, Braves probably score a few more. And yes, I was well aware of who was pitching. I really expected it going into the gamesince Roy was due for a shut-out. But the fact still remains that they are hit or miss at the plate right now, and I though boomboom had a very good explanation as to why that is.

you do realize that Hanson was already over 100 pitches when he was pulled, right? Cant say I blame Cox for making the move

though there's been talk of them protecting Hanson's arm, i don't think he's on a 100 pitch count limit. if they hold to that throughout the year, then fine, I'm all for protecting his arm, we don't want to Dusty Baker him into another Mark Prior or Kerry Wood.. but when they don't hold him to that limit when righties are coming up, will you blameCox' well-known lefty/righty extremismthen?

btw, the reliever didn't get the out.
