Look, on the pass interference call, the ball landed a few yards behind the reciever in bounds. The vikings player was face gaurding the rec...and making contact, so tuff ****, the ref made the call.

Think of these ****** calls against the Saints...

- 3 and 5 contact by the db. Total ********. In the replay, they both made contact two or three yards short of the yellow line...how is that more than 5 yards down field. Instead of punting, the vikings score

- Call for taking Favre down too hard. Maybe maybe not, but you don't call that ***** **** in this game...they ended up scoring on the drive. If it is a foul, fine, call it both ways. Same exact **** happened to breeze late in the game and no flag

Bottom line, stop your ***** *** crying.Don't turn the ball over 5 times ....especially the last play from Favre.

All said...heck of a game. Also in OT, no way there was enough to overturn the call on the field on any of those.

Win the stats. Play the best on the field. Except turn it over 5 times. Get screwed by the refs and would love to cry about that, but can't look over the fact that 5 turnovers says you're more at fault than the refs were.

The pass interference was a horse **** call... hardly no contact and reciever falling down and ball well overthrown.. No way an official should let overtime be determined by his flag.

Turnovers do kill tho but still....

BS Call? Yes, but the Viking's ineptitude or their inability to handle the crowd noise contributed more. You can find half a dozen places, 12-men in the huddle, Farve's interceptions, AD's fumbles, etc... The Vikings did not beat themselves but they made to many mistakes to win. The Saints had their share of mistakes and both teams kept fighting but fighting is not enough. To me the biggest mistake is 12 man in the huddle fiasco. You got it down there and you can't keep it together enough to get the right personnel on the field? Fumbles, interception, even aggressive penalties can happen in the game but not to have the correct number of people on the field is fundamental.
