They have both suffered, and one has thrived. For all the bitching about BLM and all that ********, Native Americans have had it far worse for far longer. No offense buddy but AA in THIS CENTURY do not have to deal with slavery either. Jim Crow laws were certainly a blight on the Southern US but have been gone since what the '60's? So 50-60 years of pretty much equal. I have no doubt that some AA or Asians, etc face some forms of mild discrimination thru their lives but so do most people in some form or another.

I really am tired of this millennial mindset that everything has to be blamed on someone else. Why did I fail the test? B/C it was rigged that's why. It was not culturally geared towards my race. BS. And before you go there, I have been largely a democrat my entire left. I have been a registered independent at times but no one can call me a right winger.

It won't matter if you're a conservative or not, you're using rational thought and reason. You will be branded.

That's what pisses me off more than anything. A lot of the black community either don't see it or just ignore it out of convenience. Hell, LBJ himself said what the democratic plan was for the black community and it's been accurate so far. The majority of a race in this country continues to be shackled, but in a much different way than during slavery. Slavery they were given nothing, and now those in the inner cities are encouraged to do nothing and be "taken care of" by the gov't. The will to succeed has been taken away in a lot of the urban areas. Why be all you can be when the gov't will just let you be and take care of you?

blacks commit crime at an exponentially higher rate that other races in this country. But you knew what I was saying. You wanted 30% more whites arrested to equal? it out, I was asking for what? Church? Work? Are you going to invent white criminals because you hate the math?

I don't see whats wrong with my statement. The uneducated AA population are the ones committing most of the crime, just saying, we need the educated leaders of those communities to stand up for the victims and not the criminals.

Which is that there are many minorities who were born long after Jim Crow or segregation who use it every day as an excuse on which to blame all of their problems. I do truly feel for those who had to deal with racism. I just don't buy that many of those who proclaim everything racism ever had to deal with even an ounce of it. Sometimes I think that those who really did live thru Jim Crow South or the KKK would laugh at some of their claims.

African Americans of that era are a totally different breed. They would be terrified at how far they helped the communities come only to see them self destruct. MLK would be ashamed.
