...than how the basketball team does? I just have absolutely no confidence in this team making any noise in Nashville this weekend. I hope i am wrong, but after the way they looked in their last two games I just dont see it

basketball is really just backup entertainment for during the winter, between football and baseball. That may explain why I take up for Stansbury. He wins enough to keep me happy I guess.

Plus I'm fairly certain big things are ahead for MSU baseball. With the coach and tradition we have, coupled with the stud players we're signing, we almost won't be able to lose in 2 years or so.

Especially when half of the schools in the country don't even realize they have a baseball team. I'll pick it up usually around June. Nobody cares about college baseball outside of the south. To me, its the same as Arkansas bragging about their track program.<div>

Especially given their geography and lack of focus from the other surrounding schools (most only care about football). Unfortunately, we have a whole bunch of fans who would rather succeed in a sport where you use cheating-bats and if you're marginally good, you're in the pros.</div><div>

and Pac-10 fans care. I like MSU baseball more than most MLB because I care more about MSU. Frankly, baseball is boring overall as a sport. I usually just wait for the last 3 innings.
