Defensive coaches don't put the CB's man up on the WR's and bring both safeties up and bring at least 8?

If Desean Jackson is lining up in the shotgun, Im not puttin 6 men in the box. Im bringing 8 guys who are run blitzing. Make them throw the ball. I don't understand why more teams don't do that, last year Saban did this to us and every time we ran the Wild Rebel, we either went backwards or threw a pick.

I feel the same way when Relf is in the game, if I was the Defensive coordinator, I would maybe leave one safety deep, but Im sending everyone else.

What I'd like to see us try one time across the 50 yard line on 3rd and 1 or 4th and 1.....have your QB in the shotgun and dixon and maybe another back offset beside the QB. At last second, instead of running the QB up to the line of scrimmage, you run Dixon up there....take the snap and run a sneak with him. Lot more weight to throw around than Lee. Every "wildcat" package I've seen has been a direct snap to the back instead of the old conventional snap. You'd obviously have to practice Dixon taking a snap from under center during the week.
