Because there is no way he will be able to run at full speeds. Every talking head and every Bama fan has been slobbering so much on his johnson, so it has to have a raw spot on it that will hurt when he runs. I'm 17ing sick of hearing about him. He can't gain yards if our DLine has Simms scared for his life.
I'm not worried about the game. I'm pumped. We win by at least 14 today. Look at their results this year if you need any further proof:
West 17ing Virginia 33-23. Really? I know it was season opener, but really? Not impressive.
Florida Atlantic. 41-0. This is a team that is currently 3-7 (2-4 in CUSA). Quality win indeed.
Mississippi Southern. 52-12. Those 12 points didn't all come with the scrubs in if I remember correctly.
Florida. 42-21. Florida was in this game at halftime. Quality win? Only if you're a SEC East team.
Mississippi Bears. 17-23 Loss. Meh.
Arkansas. 14-13. Should have been a loss.
aTm. 59-0. aTm had just come off two straight losses to us and BearsU. They were in complete meltdown and not ready to play. I think Alcorn could have beat aTm this week.
Tennessee. 34-20. This is a team with a roster full of freshman. Or another way to think about it is a team of 5th year high school seniors. So, basically, any Jackson MS high school team. TN is 1-4 in SEC play this season.
LSU. 20-13 in OT. A game they probably lose had it not been for the unsportsmanlike call near the goal line on LSU's last drive.
So for all of you guys worried out there, which one of these wins stands out as impressive? Does the body of work really look like they are a powerhouse Alabama of years past? They aren't too many plays from being 5-4 instead of 8-1. We will expose them today. I predicted 41-27. But it might be much uglier. 49-7 would suit me just fine.
