Teams don't normally play 1-3-1 for long stretches because once the surprise wears off its ineffective. We had no answer for it.

Yeah, that was pretty bad. Maybe a freshman PG is to blame, but that was a pretty poor effort of changing up the game plan by the coaching staff.

How are any of you amazed by this? This is how we've played all season.

We played a really good three halves in Atlanta. Just ran out of gas and reverted to our old ways in the second half tonight.

They only played the 1-3-1 because this was their Super Bowl. No worries, we just have to go out and recruit better players to win the same game next year.

We shot 4 of 23 in the second half. 20 minutes, 4 made baskets. That's impressive, even by our standards.

Sad that State's zone-breaker offensive playbook consisted of that "baseline drive and turnover" play.
