Hair makes a big difference...never realized how much. I understand the reason for the short hair, but one question, it doesn't explain the fact that it was grayish in color...does it?

can't ever tell how the hair will come back. Sometimes it's kinky instead of the usual straight....sometimes its white, other times a 75 year old woman will grow jet black hair.

It's a grab bag. Granted Mrs. Warner seems to have found a very capable professional to help her with the process.
