With the starter coming back from injury, I suspect they saw what they wanted from Ameer and are going to keep him healthy so he can carry the load early.

AA won't give up the extra carries at the beginning of the year. I'm a husker homer but he was the #1 RB in last years draft IMO and I expect him to have the most successful career out of all RBs drafted last class.

He is completely over-rated. We as Husker fans should know this better than anyone else.
