There are several articles about this. However it's been going on in the Middle East for decades. Islamic Socialism isn't new to include National Socialist Nazi influence to Communist influence. The two have been fighting either the entire time.
For those that haven't studied up on Islamic Socialism yet I encourage you to do so. All there names were members of the Ba'ath Party and or Arab National Islamic Socialist. All three were removed by force. They were replaced with a new virus. One that can be controlled by the CCP and Globalist in bed with them. If you think Mahmoud Khalil getting arrested is a violation of free speech, you need to know this:
Mahmoud is a leader (specifically, lead negotiator) of Columbia Union Apartheid Divest, which has:
- Celebrated Oct 7 as a “political, military, and moral victory”.
- Said “violence is the only path forward”.
- Said “We support liberation by any means necessary, including armed resistance”.
- Called for the “total eradication of Western civilization”.
When you apply for a green card, it comes with conditions.
On the application form it asks “have you ever advocated the overthrow of any government by force or violence?”
One of the conditions for deportation is “endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or supports a terrorist organization.”
The U.S. officially considers Hamas a terrorist organization.
You don’t need a criminal conviction to be deported, violation of the above is sufficient.
You can dislike Mahmoud’s arrest.
You can demand that the law change.
You can and should want due process.
You can demand that Trump enforces this policy consistently against any green card holder, right or left wing.
But you can’t say this isn’t justifiable.

BREAKING: Senior ICE and DHS officials just held a background call w/ reporters. Highlights below, per these officials:
Trump administration ICE interior arrests of illegal aliens inside the US has already surpassed all of Biden's ICE interior arrests in all of Fiscal Year 2024.
In Trump's first 50 days in office from January 20th through March 10th, the Trump administration ICE has made 32,809 arrests of illegal aliens in the interior of the US. This almost matches all of Biden ICE interior arrests in FY 2024, which were about 33,300. Officials say in the last two days since March 10th, the Trump ICE arrests are now above this number.
Of the roughly 33,000 ICE arrests under Trump so far:
14,111 are convicted criminals
9,980 have pending charges
8,000 + have immigration violations (being in US illegally)
ICE currently has 47,600 illegal aliens in detention, and they are "maxed out" on beds.
ICE and DHS officials then said a review of their records showed that the Biden administration "cooked the books" and "falsely inflated" ICE arrest data, and were "purposely misleading the American public" by categorizing illegal aliens who were processed by ICE and released into the interior of the US as ICE arrests.
ICE says their review found "tens of thousands" of cases in which these so called "pass through arrests", where no immigration enforcement action was taken and the aliens were released into the country, were counted as interior ICE arrests in the data.
ICE says this was a directive from the previous leadership at DHS, and it included thousands of violent criminals and gang members.
ICE says they are currently attempting to locate and arrest these previous "pass through arrests" from the Biden admin.
Politicians keep getting this wrong, it doesn’t matter if Khalil hasn’t been charged with a crime. It’s not required under Section 237 (a)(4)(C) of the INA, which is the statute Rubio is using, which gives him broad discretion. There is prior precedent w/ this rarely used provision.
In 1995, in the Matter of Ruiz-Massieu, the courts sided w/ then U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher’s powers to deport a Mexican national under the same provision, though it is extremely rarely used.
Khalil also has not been “disappeared”. You can look him up in the online ICE inmate locator at any time and see where he’s being held.
