4-0 and on the verge of having a 2 game lead in the division. In a year where people didn't think it would win 4 games!

The defense has given up, what?, 26 points so far?

People were bitching that we hadn't beaten anybody, but they didn't seem to hold that against Baltimore or Minnesota!

Prior to today, the popular thing to say was "we'd learn about the Broncos today." Well, I'm sure we'll hear more excuses why this team is a pretender this week.

...a lot of questioning of the defense...the "are they for real" questions. Well, this is the NFL. You're either good or your not.

It's reasonable to question the offense with Orton and a rookie RB, but if the defense continues to play this way, the offense should at least be adequate.

Also, it looks as though Marshall is happy now. And that's a big, big plus.

edited to add: I wonder if Cutler regrets his tantrum after last season. I'd feel a lot better about the season if #6 were still the QB.

I couldn't imagine us being THAT bad, but I didn't know what we'd see. To say I've been more than suprised would be an understatement. I would have been very happy with 2-2 at this point.

We could very well go 0-4 over the next several weeks, but I see us spliting the games.

Orton is doing EXACTLY what he needs to do. Manage the game...I know that is a cliche, but it fits. That is one thing Cutler struggled to do at times. I admit, as much as I hate Cutler now, I wish we still had him.

I've seen a couple of articles talking about "...Denver's top ranked defense..." That is nice! Very nice!
