Auburn's issues with SACS were bad, but there was no real possibility of losing accreditation. None.

The Lowder stuff is accurate.
Really? You sure about that?

It was all posturing. The issues were with the BOT, not with the academic offerings or financial stability of the university. If you will notice, the story you linked says it was "a major slap in the face and a loss of prestige for Auburn University's Board of Trustees." Not for AU, for the Board. It was basically SACS' way of telling Lowder and company to butt out of the day to day operations of the university. Not even Lowder and the board would cost Auburn accreditation and the federal $$ that go along with that, so they got their act together and the university was fully compliant within a year or so.

So yes, I am positive.

I have been caught up with reading all of it three or four times and then I come back and find another thirty or fifty new posts have been added.

You must admit that it is one of the more remarkable strings ever to come out of tigerdroppings. They certainly have given the rumors legs over there.

By the way, the cert is really nice. I'll cherish it forever. Not certain my wife will let me hang it in teh den. I'm hoping my storage room is acceptable to her. Maybe the pole barn, which "is dirty and has spiders" will be a good place. just above the tractor box blade.

But cashing chips in is not the same as winning. If you cash more than $10,000 in chips in, the casino would have to report that to the IRS too under a different law. But just cashing in chips for less than $10,000 would not trigger any reporting requirements.
cause they told me it was 2k. %!*%!!%!

it was 250 posts.

We will never have one that long usually because I don't feel like scrolling past a 1000 posts. In the view they use, the number of posts don't matter.
