Bill Legg is joining the program under the title of assistant to the head coach, and Jeff Casteel is returning to WVU as a defensive analyst.
Legg and Casteel’s duties will not consist of on-field coaching or recruiting, but are supplemental positions meant to aid fellow coaches with their jobs.
