It was pre-approved apparently and they got their timeout back. Makes no sense to have the rule if you can just ask for it to be ok beforehand.

Maybe the jersey order and email were before the rule got finalized? Who knows. Seems like a whole lot of nothing, but relevant to our jersey antics.

Lots of confusion as to what made the NCAA change their mind with us. According to the Athletic Dept. We had clearance to put Hail State. Now it's denied.
