Ole miss and Southern both made supers and he must recruit against both. I wonder how much the USM SR appearance shakes up baseball recruiting in the state

We have two Jrs. committed from that area- McMahon from Oak Grove and Luwallen from Sumrall. I think there's a good chance that we get Posey from Sumrall to.

Plus, I think Burroughs recruited a lot of USM's players, so I think there's some silver lining there.

At least lately, Ole Miss, MSU, and USM haven't been recruiting the same players very often. I know we share a state, but we've seemed to be targeting different prospects with only a handful of head to head recruiting battles each year.
