Not trying to start an argument and I know it does NOT apply to every person/player/parent but as a whole from the outside looking in it creates a very negative view.

No problems in the original Tri-Rivers land. Several incidents seem to come about from Park View who have a different culture than the other schools in the district. Maybe their kids face a lot of pressure in their community.
