Before clearing Renardo Sidney to play at Mississippi State, the NCAA is asking for the financial records of his family in its attempt to prove how it was able to afford lodging in the Fairfax High district in Los Angeles. But does the NCAA do this in different cases? Did it ask for Reggie Rose's financial records to see how Derrick's older brother would pay for the flights and lodging on Memphis' trips? Just curious as to whether the NCAA is consistent in this manner.

to have one national media guy - who even has a lot of "street cred" - to actually talk up MSU. One out of a thousand is better than none, I guess.

I am fully aware you think Powe cheated, and I won't argue it, but they had zero hard evidence about that either, and wouldn't let him in. So yes, there is consistency, unfortunately. He passed his classes, passed his tests, but they still wouldn't clear him. They suspected him of cheating but had no proof. The similarities are there, even down to the same lawyer. I wonder if the NCAA just now won't let anyone in he represents.

Jules and Vince are the NCAA investigators, Marvin is Sydney, Jimmie/his house are Stans/MSU and Marcellus is Byrne?

Just because we haven't been accused of anything doesn't mean he isn't doing anything. He wasn't hired to defend us of anything. He was hired to see if there was a reasonably legitimate way we could get Sidney eligible and to protect our *** if there isn't one.
