Katz says "Mississippi State coach Rick Stansbury said he didn't anticipate Sidney dropping out of school and that he continued to practice with the hope he would be allowed to play."

For those that might know, how much practice time is Sydney getting? Also, how is he looking? Honest questions. No ulterior motive.

I would like to say something about this Sidney situation. I consider myself a HUGE MSU fan! But I have to be honest. I am a 37 year old female that knows jack sh** about basketball. I only bring that up to say this..... YOU KNOW the NCAA must be a mess if I am getting PI**** about this. This has LONG been out of hand. There needs to be a decision made and get it over with. If they don't have anything on them, then they just don't have anything on them. STOP DIGGING! When it is all over and done with....... Well, that will never happen, obviously!

Go DAWGS! I guess I really need to sit down and learn about the sport of basketball now!

HA! Guess you may never know! Just make your own impression of me...... and while I am posting on here...... You guys teach me a few things about basketball! The only thing I know about it so far is 1. NCAA is a bunch of idiots. 2. I like the maroon and white. 3. You can play 5 guys at a time 4. You can foul and be fouled. 5. It is played on a court, not a field. 6. You can score 1, 2 or 3 points... depending. 7. It is called a basket, not a field goal or home run. 8. The coaches name is Rick Stansbury. 9. It used to be Richard Williams. and 10. You cannot double dribble!

SO, help me out guys.... teach me more so I can enjoy and watch....

Thanks DawgatAuburn! You gave me a really great laugh! I needed that today! I have been dual enrolled at a local community college and university in this state for 2 years. I have finished a 4 year degree in 2 years while balancing a household, 27 hours or more a semster + summers, 3 kids, and kept a 3.9 GPA! So, your sarcasm only made me laugh!

Show some respect. I'm pretty sure it was Dr. Jones when he graduated early and left for the NBA. If not then, he got his PhD sometime between declaring for the draft and dropping the NBA for post doc studies.
