We don’t need “outfield depth” we need pitching

We return our entire weekend rotation plus several talented young arms, meanwhile it looks like we are going to lose 7 of 9 positional starters from the postseason.

We needed more bats than pitching in this portal cycle. Everyone hung up on how we pitched in Athens is overlooking how many big bats we are losing.

We have signed a couple of decent looking relievers. I think we’re pretty set in the weekend rotation, and it should be a good one. Wouldn’t mind seeing us sign a good closer though.

we need some pitching, 2-3 more for sure, hopefully some lefty relievers and another person to compete for the closer role.
