The mentality undoubtedly being instilled by the nature of college athletics is to take the easy way out, disguised as "doing what's best for me and my future."After what I've seen recently, I'm prepared to see them get run-ruled in all 3 games this weekend. Would really be surprised if they even avoid the sweep.
You can't expect to win too many games when you average giving up a dozen every time out, even if you have an excellent hitting team... which this one is not. Here's hoping they keep their chins up and continue to work on improving... but that can be a difficult attitude to keep when things are going like this and jumping overboard for the next opportunity is as easy as flushing the portal-can. That's the difference between a "team" and a collection of mercenaries.
