how they are so stubborn to not use technology in these massive games. Honestly, I think FIFA doesn't do it because they think they'll be "Americanizing" if they do it.

FIFA has been vehement, even arrogant, in their defense of the field officials and refusal to use replay. I wouldn't be surprised at all if there isn't replay in 14.
This display, just today, should be the final straw. Admittedly, it is a bit harder to implement, since there are very few stoppages unlike in football. However, for decisions involving offside and involving the goal line, the referee should just blow the whistle and stop play for review.
