When I lived in LA I worked for a production company. Company went on to make a Dungeons & Dragons movie and An American Haunting. The owner eventually went on to create After Dark Films.
I assumed Dungeons and Dragons but wanted to make sure. I was unaware you previously worked in LA in the industry.

regardless.....

On the contrary, Eastwood doesn't act anymore preferring to direct instead. Just did "Sully" with Tom Hanks in 2016 and has another project in the works. Vaughan I think has made a couple of real stinkers in his last three films and that is his problem, not his politics.
I agree. I was being sarcastic.

Yeah.... didn't help that I understood the source material.

"What projects are you guys working on?"

*hushed tone* "DD".....

"What?"

*hushed tone* "D&D"

"What?"

And it didn't help that the movie turned out bad.

Listened to an interview on NPR yesterday about the book "Great Place to have a War"...portion of the book is about Tony Poe a CIA operative in Laos that became a "Colonel Kurtz" of sorts. Chopping oppositions heads off and dropping them onto enemy troops. Cutting ears off of kills and sending them to The embassy. Interesting stuff.

There was a whole Marine Corps Division from Nam that got in some **** because they were keeping body parts as trophies. Wearing ears as necklaces and ****. They are revered silently amongst the uncivilized masses within the infantry ranks for being so ruthless in taking life in the most brutal way. From some stuff I read about this, they actually had the VC terrified of them.

I'll check it out then. Love anything WWII

I don't want to mislead you boom, there is some religious connotation in the film. But it is a true story and the hero was actually from Virginia. But you will be amazed at what this one man does.

I figured. It was the basis for his protest of violence right?
