Miami — A 27-year-old OnlyFans model was arrested late Saturday after refusing to pay her dinner tab at a high-end restaurant in Brickell, according to Miami-Dade Police.
Witnesses say the woman, identified as Samantha Torres, had been loud and dismissive toward staff throughout the evening, sending back two cocktails and demanding to “speak to management” over the temperature of her steak.
When the check arrived, Torres allegedly pulled out a platinum-colored card, smiled, and said, “Don’t worry, baby — I make more in a day than you do in a year.”
The card was declined. Twice.
According to the police report, staff offered to rerun the payment or contact the bank, but Torres became irate, insisting “their machine was broken” and attempting to leave the restaurant.
When the manager blocked the exit, she reportedly shoved a waiter and yelled that she was “too famous to be treated like this.”
Officers arrived minutes later and detained her in the parking lot, where she allegedly told them, “I’ll pay when my subscribers do.”
She was charged with misdemeanor theft of services and released overnight.
Video of the incident, captured by another diner, has since gone viral — with one top comment reading: “Imagine flexing your income, then getting declined in 4K.”
