I took DS and others advice and bought the DVI cord today and tried to watch the game with it. It worked, but only for about 2 minutes and then the TV would go black and I could only see the picture on the laptop? I could pull the plug out of the TV or the Laptop and plug it back in, and it would do the same thing...work for a few minutes then go just to the laptop. Does anyone know what the deal may be? I bought a new cord from Best Buy so it shouldn't be a short or anything. The cord was not being moved at all when it would cut off. It's almost like after a minute or two the TV would reject the connection or something. Any technos out there that could help me, I would really appreciate it. Especially before watching us whip Polks *** tomorrow. Thanks

On a PC you may have to change your output. It is usually the function button plus one of the "F" buttons.

That doesn't really explain why it would work for a few minutes and then stop but i am betting it has something to do with your output. It would be the same way if you were to hook your computer to a projector. You should have the option to show it on the computer only, the tv only or both. Try that and see if it will work for you.

I would also fiddle with the tv setting or your hdmi settings. Maybe try lowering the video quality from 1080 to 720 and see if that doesn't help out.

I have an output that says PC on my tv and you can see where it's made to hook it up just like I had it. The picture was great while it lasted, but I couldn't get it to last more than a few minutes. I just remembered though, after I unplugged it because it was pissing me off, I began watching it just on my laptop. After watching it like this for about 10 minutes, the feed went off and it said " Flash Plug in Crashed", so I had to restart it. I never had the feed quit again on my laptop. Could it have been failing that entire time I was trying to get it to work on my tv? Does what I said Even make sense?

took the HDMI cord and plugged it into the piece I bought from apple to my iPad, then streamed it on espn3.....screen was a little small, so just hit zoom on TV, and BAM! It was the best, shittiest game i've ever watched! seriously, the clarity was great!

After restarting the computer did you try hooking it back up again to the tv? It has got something to do with the output from the computer. It almost sounds like your computer is trying to search for the device you are hooking it to and after a couple of minutes it cannot find it and stops trying to send the signal.

You should be able to hit your function key and change the output on your computer.

If flash is crashing, make sure you have downloaded and installed the most recent Adobe Flash Player. After installing it restart your computer. You still will have to fix the output on your computer.

Also, is it a DVI to HDMI cord? I know the cord is a DVI from your computer but what is the other end? I may avoid trying to plug it into the "Computer" input on your tv and just plug it into a regular input on your tv and see if that does not clear it up.
