[QUOTE="Tallmadgeers, post: 129243248, member: 1803035"] what Team A and Team B did against Team C to decide who would win between Team A and Team B. Team A easily beat Team C three times. Team B split with Team C and darn near lost to Team C without two of its stars. Yet Team B took Team A down fairly handily. I don't have to tell the resident expects that Baylor is Team A, which handled WVU three times, and Team B is Kansas, which lost and almost lost to Team C, West Virginia, without Staten and Browne. It just doesn't compute. Never has. But some keep seeing it as a magic formula, like the guy who keeps losing at the race track with his system. EVERY college basketball game takes on a life of its own that doesn't always match the pre-game expectations. The guys playing are at the age when everyone that age is unpredictable, whether they're in love, jumping into a car or taking a test at school. That's what makes college basketball and football so great: Unpredictability. Heck, it wouldn't be a bad bet to take Kentucky against the field. The Wildcats are NOT a lock to win it all. They should, but ol' devil Unpredictable may show up as it has year after year. Ask Virginia and Duke, both NOT in the ACC tourney title game, about unpredictability in college basketball.
