Im surprised HD hasn't come up with a bounty system for posters.

The more annoying the poster, the lower the bounty. The more reasonable the poster the higher the bounty.

Imagine someone losing an argument and instead of calling the poster a clown, he simply pays HD a bounty and the poster is banned.
