Congratulations Anthony. You put Rutgers wrestling on the map. When others said "no" to RU, you said YES and were an undefeated National Champion". In my book, you will always be the face of Rutgers Wrestling!
A well-deserved accolade for the greatest wrestler in Rutgers history. Congratulations Anthony! It was a pleasure watching you during your time on the Banks.
My favorite Ashnault memory was the Princeton dual that final season where #2 ranked Ashnault knocked off #1 ranked Matt Kolodzik, 10-2. When Anthony pulled the suck back move and put Kolodzik on his back I have never heard the RAC louder. Tremendous.
I will also note the Anthony was a Hodge Trophy finalist after his senior season along with Bo Nickal, Jason Nolf, and Yianni Diakomihalis.

I think that Suriano goes into the HoF too, very appropriately after Ashnault.
Express entry into the HOF very well deserved. What a great run at RU, culminating with a coveted national championship. AA deserves to be at RU coaching. I hope he is here soon.
He played in the SkWC golf outing today and made a speech to the group at lunch about how much he is a Scarlet Knight.
