Jackson State is the most likely destination but no one knows yet. Our lack of corners is about as scary as our lack of WRs.

He really messed up being involved in the shooting cover up. He had a good thing here, and probably one of the most memorable sports moments in this schools football history.

that we have it laid out for Anthony to be back. Now it's up to him.

So, I guess Anthony didn't want to do what was asked.

Game over. Sucks.

to the gun incident. Supposedly the dumbass was given every chance to get back on the team but he proved incapable of passing a drug test.

Out of JSU, MTSU, Vandy, Kentucky, Houston and Auburn, it's not entirely insane to think that a competent head coach can win four of those. And all it would take is an injury to Snead and Ole Miss is very vulnerable. Arkansas and Georgia Tech are beatable as well. Alabama will likely be worse than last year. I'm not counting anyone as sure losses except Florida. With Miles in charge anything is possible at LSU.

Some of you still don't realize that Croom held us back so much. Hell he almost beat LSU in Baton Rouge last year. I think we win 5 or 6.

Yeah boy it was close. Just 2 more td's by our potent offense and Crooms would have beaten them pesky LSU Tiggers.

Troy almost beat LSU in Baton Rouge last year.

You joined the elite company of Tulane, Appalachain State, North Texas, and Troy as teams that lost in Baton Rouge last year. There are other things you could use to say that Croom was underachieving last year, but your performance in Baton Rouge wouldn't be one of them on my list. They weren't very good last year.

....Goat's optimism starts to build. By summer, you'll have 7-8 games picked out as sure wins, and Florida will start looking vulnerable. Then, when we lose a game, we get to watch you explode on everybody.

Dude if you're gonna take all the negatives into considerations when forming your predictions then you can take some positives too.

Croom really %*@+$$ up what could have been a close game down there. There's no disputing that. You can talk all day about how ****** you think we will be based on last year but reality is that Croom is no longer our coach. We will be better.

And all the Ole Miss wins in the world couldn't make up for how douchebaggingly homer you are. Good luck in your tournament on nafoom, you won't need much luck.

I just said that playing close in Baton Rouge last year wasn't a good example for what you were trying to say.

all the Ole Miss wins in the world couldn't make up for how douchebaggingly homer you are.

Where is that little pot and kettle picture again?

If you want my assessment of your chances next year, here it is. You still have QB issues, though I think Lee can be good enough to give you a chance at being not awful offensively. Your OL can't be worse. I think overall you'll be better offensively, Top 100 for the first time since Sherrill was on the sideline, though I still think you'll be bottom half of the SEC offensively (I'd guess about 8th or 9th in scoring offense). I also think you'll be bottom half of the league defensively. You lose I think 8 starters from a defense that didn't do all that well last year. You get Chaney back, but I don't think that'll be enough to overcome the losses.

I honestly think that defense will be the biggest thing holding you back this coming fall, and I think you'll finish the year 4-8 or 5-7 with a shot at 6-6 if you win the majority of your tight games.

On the coaching situation, you obviously couldn't have done much worse than Croom. However, I'm going to withhold judgement on how much of an improvement Mullen is until I see his teams in action and see how much you improve throughout the season.

No, I don't. I can guess it. Whatever we do, we will be 2 steps behind Ole Miss. If we do anything decent, we just got lucky. If our players tear their ACLs, it's karma because they didn't go to Ole Miss. But that's impossible because there's no way a player could choose lowly MSU over the mighty Flagship.

You don't need to go any further. Same **** different day.

Believe it or not, I'm glad you're back. I missed having you and your flare temper around.

Last year, I thought that MSU would be bowling in a minor bowl game. I gave you too much credit. I also thought that we'd be in the 6 or 7 win range with a minor bowl game. But you're right. I always fail to give MSU enough credit, and I always give Ole Miss too much credit.

Players that has the nerve to turn Ole Miss down? Yeah I guess the pot kettle pic is needed.
