I don't think any of the MC have the Girodos to set a plan in action to try to get Nick out this week. If I were McRae, I would seriously consider trying to turn Howard and Spencer to keep Elissa. He could play the Nick is like Dan (not trustworthy) and is closer to Jeremy than the other 3 of us and they (Nick/Jer) would be the first to strike against the MC if we don't do this. He could also play to Spencer's fascination of using Elissa's popularity to control the block a few weeks and get a deal with Elissa for saving her. McRae could get Amanda to easily pull Helen on board, which she could get Andy and Candice most likely. Judd wouldn't be a hard sell. Jeremy is a time bomb, but I think the 3 of McR, Howard, and Spencer (mainly McRae) could concoct propaganda against Nick with the help of Elissa from their talk before the POV. I really like Howard's position. I think he is situated in the middle of the MC which bodes well if/when it breaks up. You only get a few opportunities in this game to strike while the iron is hot and I wouldn't like the whole Jer/Kait+Nick/GM tandem. It might be early for a move like this but if you are McRae you still have two huge targets in the house with Elissa and Jeremy, plus Aaryn and Jessie whom nobody likes. I wouldn't sit around and wait while Jeremy/Nick are sharpening their knives, I would go ahead strike.
