Any guesses where Croom winds up?

that's not a bad guess given the Sherman connection. The only problem is that Byrne's dad is there so that may sour that.
Otherwise I think he probably ends up in the NFL next year unless Saban gave him a chance to come home in some capacity. I just can't see those two working together though.
Then again, it's possible he just takes a year off.

The NFL as a RB coach- I'll go ahead and go with the 49ers because I know they will likely have a new staff next year, along with the Browns a close second.
Texas A&M RB coach- Croom doesn't seem bitter towards Greg Byrne even though he got fired by him. I wouldn't be surprised if GB put in a good word for him.
Alabama in an administrative capacity or as a coach.
HC at a SWAC school. I could see Croom taking a year off and ending up at Alcorn or one of the SWAC schools in Alabama.
President of the BCA.

but not Alcorn, not yet at least. They basically just hired this new head coach. I don't really know what schools are looking for a new coach though. Might be Jackson, cause for some reason, both parties are upset down there.
It'll just be discounted by whatever he's making by working. Which is why most schools find their former HCs a new job and quickly.
