It’s not screamo. It’s genres and sub genres of music. Hardcore, metal core, deathcore, post-hardcore, speed metal, death metal. I know all types of bands. Winds of plague, the acacia strain, Attila, all shall perish, between the buried and me, as I lay dying, whitechapel, heaven shall burn, August burns red, etc
lol at being a metal snob

Taking the thread back over. Irish can EAD.

Like the new DGD, never won't. Kinda think it;s time for a new lead. But this song is silky.

Found these guys on a great invite-only post-hardcore group in Facebook. The final minute is silly if you're into this genre (can do without their singer)

Forget if I posted this.. definitely post-punk/pop-punk/"screamo"

The next few have female-leads. Which works so well, but these bands are generally generic in musicianship, Way too safe. But the sound isn't bad. And if you like the female leads, then it works well..

2:40 and on for the substance

The Paddock will like this one.. For obvious reasons.. But this really veers into the electronic genre..

These were some of the better Screamo Bands.. As with most genre's.. you have to dig a little to get to the good stuff.. Talent with those perfect teen-angst chorus'.

I like Irish's idea too.. Big metal/rock fan and that's really rare in rural Kentucky. Let's open it up and include other subgenres.

New-ish stuff I've been listening to lately:

Maryland stoner rock

Denver thrash

Devildriver cover of Hank Williams III song ft. Hank 3.
