any thoughts on quality of early TSUN commits for 2014?

Seems Bucky the Beaver is picking up alot more MS High School players so far: http://mississippi.scout.com/a.z?s=177&p=9&c=8&yr=2014

Also, what's up with the recent influx of Jackson Callaway players committing early to TSUN? Judging from the past, Jackson Callaway has NEVER been a TSUN connection. If anything, Jackson area High School coaches have usually leaned in MSU's favor than TSUN?

It's 12 months, 11 hookers, 1 bar, a dance off, and $40,000 till Feb 2014.

PS - it's way too early to be jacking off about recruiting.

Bucky is getting that " inside track" he loves so much. Hoping to sway the O-lineman teammate

I agree its way to early on most prospects. Per several on MSST247 they are conceeding the Callaway bunch to the bears. 4 d1 prospects and 2 would really hurt to lose IMO.

but seriously, 2014 recrootin in February of 2013? Give it a rest.

I agree with BiPolar. It's not doing any of us any good to start worrying about prospects this early.

If you want to talk recruiting, lets talk about your ideas on how the fans can do more to help out the University with recruiting.

It doesn't look good so far. Lets remember how excited some of us were/are about the 2016 class.

I hate to admit it but I don't like the look of their 2014 class right now.

You haven't signed a player from Callaway in over a decade. We have an OL starter and a 2nd string OL on our team now.

That's prob right

on the most recent guy. I think Walker is pretty good, borderline top 10 guy in the state. He apparently has interest from other SEC schools.

I'm still searching for this "Great Brand" and "Tradition"...

That every recent article about UM had? Have I missed something, but doesn't a great brand and/or tradition at least pose a threat within its one conference, more than a couple times in 50 years?

I'm not a math wizard, only a ChemE, but none of this ******** adds up or makes any logical sense to anyone using common sense and free thought.

That being said, if we don't grow a 17ing sack and start playing the game, then we deserve what we get. It's obvious that they've devised a grand scheme to circumvent the rules set forth by the NCAA. 17ing Miami is getting a slap on the wrist after the NCAA was provided visual evidence and the booster who did it told it all. The bears only offer $5k/month lawn service jobs, parents jobs, sibling schollys, to recruits which is pennies on the dollar to Miami, so we know the NCAA apparently won't even look at **** like that.

Time to step up and when the NCAA comes knockin on the Bryan Building, we politely tell them to go 17 themselves, because they have 0.0000 subpoena power. End of 17ing story. Only reason we got **** for Fant was because Templeton pulled a Bracky and didn't have the balls to tell the NCAA to go eat a dick.
