Download this awesome app named "TuneIn Radio." Its $1.99 but well worth it if you are one of those people who have no problem dropping $200-$300 on an iPhone, $500 on an iPad but cringe when you see a $1.99 app.
TuneIn Radio pretty much picks up every major radio station in the United States.
105.9 The Zone in Jackson carries MSU sports, and is available on the app, as is Frencg Camp 107.9 and several others.
There are a couple of others that do similar things, but in my opinion this one is the better of them. It surprisingly doesn't kill the iPhone 4 battery either. I listen about 4 hours a day to out of state radio at work and I only have to charge every other night.
