In the 4th inning on Friday you could see 2 Officers walking in the seats behind home plate. Then some EMTs show up and you got a shot of a gentleman looking towards the sky with a blank stare. They then zoomed in to the batter for the next few pitches and finally Lemonis went to the ump to delay the game for a few minutes. Sure looked like a stroke or something along those lines.
