Read that he just de-committed from Michigan, and has visited Nebraska?? Would be nice to get a 4 Star DT!!! GBR.

yea he is all texas. some kids who live in texas have decommitted from schools and are all thought to be heading to texas

Going to Texas for some reason. But on the bright side I guess for him is he will have a whole new coaching staff this time next year though. Strong won't last much longer at UT.

Ya, I think he will have to have a monster year to survive. Good coach/poor fit IMO.

Charlie doesn't need a "monster" year. There's no hard and fast win total he has to reach, but something like eight wins, competitive showings in the losses, and improvement as the season progresses would guarantee his return. In 2017, however, he would need double-digit wins.

Strong is a good coach. Like Riley, he's had to rebuild the foundation.

Change of culture. Sure. Riley was hired to get us to the next level. Not rebuild the program.

Never said he was a bad coach.Texas is just the worst possible fit for him. He would kill it at a school like Miami or USF. He needs to be back closer to Florida. He seems like an ACC kind of coach.
