Any word on Pulaski scrimmage?

It was mostly a defensive game. Both first teams scored 1 touchdown apiece. I think both sides were evenly matched and neither coach was showing much. It was mostly a defensive scrimmage.
Pulaski looks very big and strong. Coach James had done a great job with the kids in the weight room and made them much stronger. Some kids are lifting over 90 lbs more than they did last year at this time. I am excited to see how they do this year. They have a lot of starters back and places where they need to fill in have players that played quite a bit last year. I think it will be a much different team than you have seen from Pulaski in a long time.

Good deal, I hope Pulaski will be back this year, they've been a different team the last few years. I hope Coach James will be successful this year. River Ridge needs to get better as a district. Pulaski getting back to their old self will only help everyone else get stronger to have to beat them.
