Supposedly the first 500 people got t-shirts and there were people who didn't receive shirts. Went over chants, old ones (BAAALLL FFOOOUUURR, new pitcher whistle) and they want to count the steps when someone strikes out similar to fouling out at the Hump. Solid meeting and I think it will come into better shape as we get closer to the season.
My initial guess as to attendance was 800, so 820 sounds right. Obviously that's way over the expectations they had going in (500 shirts on hand) and there will be one more meeting in case more are interested.
The strangest part? It seemed that at least 50% of the dudes that showed up were female. Always a good thing.
The meeting lasted close to 30 minutes. Cohen made a 10-15 minute powerpoint presentation going over rules and regulations of the dudes along with some awards for attendance. One of the rules Cohen shared was that the Dudes aren't allowed to use profanity in the stands. Someone close to me shouted, "Does that rule apply for coaches too?" But I don't think Cohen heard him. Also, he promised that any Dude who makes it to every single home game (if you can get your MSU ID swiped for every game) would receive a steak dinner cooked by his very own wife.
Also, for those who have access to scout, there is a video of Cohen's talk. Pretty cool seeing that many people. I was amazed at how many girls were there.

Stans doesn't. That's just a fact. I will still cheer for him and I'm sure by the SEC tournament, we will finally start to look like a team that has practiced together before and all will be well in the world.
