Dutton’s Ranch

1883 - just speaks for itself. Amazing show about those times.
1923 - showed why the Dutton’s had to be so “ruthless” to protect their land but the never ending “get home nephew” thing watered it down. Until the end of course.
Yellowstone - another great show that got watered down over time.
Marshalls - Cheesy with the hyperbolic “seal team” stuff but at least it’s different.
Dutton’s Ranch - Ep 3 just solidified my opinion that it’s just an extension of the watered down Yellowstone.

Yeah, I quit watching “Marshall’s”. Just a lot of shooting and not much character.
Dutton Ranch is really good as it maintains the cowboy ranch theme.

I agree with you mostly. I would switch Dutton Ranch and Marshalls.

Exactly. Completely agree. I still watch Marshalls but I don’t really pay attention to it. I’m glad they at least killed off Monica, I believe was her name, she was absolutely god awful.

Don’t forget that show with the chick and they are like a special operations unit. Name is escaping me at the moment.

Yeah. Agree. Marshall’s really isn’t good. Especially when they killed off the dude with the fire. He was the only one I liked.

She is NOT aging well, though. And you can sort of see that coming. Turning very much into a Jada Pinkett look alike.

But 1883 and 1923, prequels to Yellowstone are fantastic. Kingstown, Tulsa King, Landman are all excellent.

But 1883 and 1923 prequels to Yellowstone are no where near the same. They are much different, but very, very good 👍

Haven’t yet but the wife just mentioned it. We are going to start watching both liked Yellowstone. I’ve watched landman with hit and miss episodes which is on par with any series and Mayor of Kingston which I really like. We both really liked Wind River

For sure check it out. I love Landman. You thought it was hit and miss? The girls get annoying but they are at least smoking hot.

I assume you mean Marshall’s. This got better as it developed and good cliffhanger last night.

I was talking about both. Not a big fan of Marshall’s but last nights episode was really good and a nice cliff hanger. Didn’t see that coming.

edit: Apparently that was the finale on Sunday. Did not know that. Of course the best episode is the last one.

Unpopular opinion but Yellowstone sucked. It's more or less a cowboy soap opera with plot holes everywhere and little to no action just a bunch of people drinking and arguing.

By definition, yes that is an unpopular opinion considering it was a massive hit. One of the biggest ever.

Can't wait for Landman and the final season of Mayor of Kingstown. Bring on Dutton Ranch and Marshalls. Just got caught up on Lioness and love it. The Madison season 2 coming soon.

Hardy was key to that show. Cannot believe it will be as good but will wait to see.

For sure. I think the Madison was the only show I didn’t like/finish. Waiting on lioness to finish so I can binge the whole season. I need to rewatch the past seasons again.

Sheridan is a boss. Not sure if it’s been mentioned but his rumored 6666 ranch show isn’t happening.

I'm a TS fan but damn I just started binging Yellowstone and stopped before season 2 finale. That show is straight trash. Well written and acted but the characters are all demons. Can't bring myself to like any of them and I can't watch a show where I hate the characters. Even Tulsa King's characters, while all crooks, are likeable.

I don’t know how this comment appeared here. I made this comment in April or May about the CBS show Marshall’s, a spinoff of the Yellowstone franchise highlighting Kayce(not sure of spelling)

He was making a joke lol I am fairly certain he knows what its about. Marshals like law enforcement should have 1 L while the store has 2 Ls.

I’ve heard a lot about all these shows but I have 5,000 streaming services and paramount + isn’t one of them
