Marshawn Lynch is a head case and had a typical Charles Scott year last year. Fred Jackson was better for them than Marshwan Lynch. The GM probably doesn't want to say they have plans to trade Lynch because the compensation they get back for him will be less.
but they were saying that Lynch has some character issues. When they dump him, I doubt they'll get a RB that's even decent, so I guess they figured that they would get Spiller.
